The following describes how Becca by Human Design Pty Ltd ABN 72 687 898 826 trading as Becca Francis ("Becca Francis," "I," "me," or "my") uses and disseminates information you provide through www.beccafrancis.com and its sub-domains and affiliated sites, as well as Becca Francis pages and accounts on social media platforms including Facebook®, Instagram®, LinkedIn®, YouTube®, and other online platforms, and through my digital products and tools, including Clair, your Psychic Practice Coach (the "Sites").

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact me using the details provided at the end of this Policy. Please also review my Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the Sites.

By using the Sites, you consent to this Privacy Policy.

Collection of Your Personal Information

Unless expressly stated otherwise, I do not collect personally identifiable information from users simply browsing the Sites.

When you visit the Sites, certain information may automatically be collected, including but not limited to:

  • Browser type
  • Device information
  • Access times
  • Referring website addresses
  • Operating system information

This information may be used for:

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with similar privacy protections, you may have rights including:

Aggregated or non-identifiable information may be shared for lawful business purposes.

Clair, Your Psychic Practice Coach

Clair is an AI coaching tool, not a person. She is provided for education, personal development and entertainment, and does not give medical, mental health, legal or financial advice.

What we process. When you use Clair, we process the information you choose to give her, including your messages, your practice debriefs, any results or patterns you paste in, the clair you choose as your strongest, and short notes Clair saves about your practice.

How your messages are processed. To create Clair's replies, your messages and relevant practice notes are sent through our secure server (hosted by Cloudflare) to Anthropic, the company that provides the AI model. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, Anthropic may not use this content to train its AI models. Anthropic keeps it for a limited period for safety and misuse monitoring, as described in Anthropic's own privacy policy.

What we store. We do not store the content of your conversations with Clair on our servers. We keep only a daily usage count linked to your account, so we can apply fair-use message limits.

What is stored on your device. Your chat history, Clair's notes and your debrief history are saved in your web browser on your own device. We cannot see or recover them. You can delete them at any time using "New chat", "Clair's notes" (including "Clear everything I remember"), or by clearing your browser data.

Please don't share sensitive information. Clair is designed for psychic practice. Please don't share health details, financial information, or private information about other people. Clair is designed not to save sensitive information as notes.

No advertising use. We never use what you type into Clair for advertising, Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences or remarketing, and we never sell it.

Adults only. Clair is for adults aged 18 and over.

Data Retention

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as otherwise required by law.

Accounting and billing information may be retained for up to seven (7) years or longer if legally required.

Legal records may be retained for up to ten (10) years where appropriate.

The content of your conversations with Clair, your Psychic Practice Coach, is not stored on our servers. See the section titled "Clair, Your Psychic Practice Coach" above.

Accessing or Correcting Your Information

You have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you.

You may also request correction or deletion of your personal information.

Children's Privacy

The Sites, including Clair, your Psychic Practice Coach, are not intended for individuals under eighteen (18) years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete such information.

Third Party Websites

The Sites may contain links to third party websites.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, or content of third party websites.

You should review the privacy policies of any third party websites you visit.

California Privacy Rights

California residents may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including rights relating to access, deletion, correction, and the sharing or sale of personal information.

If you share health or other sensitive information with Clair, your Psychic Practice Coach, we use it only to provide Clair's replies, and we do not sell or share it for advertising.

California residents may contact us to exercise these rights.

Limitation of Liability

By using the Sites, you acknowledge and agree that Becca by Human Design Pty Ltd is not responsible for:

  1. disclosures made by you to third parties;
  2. unauthorised access to information obtained illegally; or
  3. accidental disclosures despite reasonable security measures.

Policy Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting.

The "Last Modified" date at the top of this Policy will indicate when changes were last made.

Your continued use of the Sites constitutes acceptance of any updated Privacy Policy.
