These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of a $22 TikTok LIVE Psychic Business Reading ("the Reading") provided by Becca Francis through Becca by Human Design Pty Ltd. By purchasing a Reading, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Your Psychic Business Reading

Your purchase is for a short psychic business reading delivered live on TikTok LIVE by Becca Francis.

The Reading is designed to provide intuitive insight into one business-related question, such as your business, offer, launch, sales, clients, marketing, visibility or next business move.

Your Reading will take place publicly during the TikTok LIVE and may be heard or viewed by other people watching the Live.

2. What Your $22 Purchase Includes

Your $22 payment secures one psychic business reading during the applicable TikTok LIVE, subject to you being present and available when your turn is called.

Each purchase is for one person and one business question.

The length of individual readings may vary. Purchasing a Reading does not entitle you to a specific number of minutes, follow-up questions or a private reading.

3. You Must Be Present

You are responsible for remaining in the TikTok LIVE and watching for your name or username to be called.

If you are not present or do not respond when your turn is called, Becca may move on to the next person.

Where reasonably possible, Becca may attempt to return to you later in the Live, but this cannot be guaranteed.

A missed Reading because you left the Live, did not respond or experienced a technical issue on your side does not automatically entitle you to a refund or replacement Reading.

4. Business Questions Only

These TikTok LIVE readings are specifically for business-related questions.

Becca will not provide readings or guidance relating to medical or health matters, pregnancy, legal matters or other topics she considers inappropriate for this format.

If your submitted question falls outside the scope of the Live, you may be asked to provide a different business-related question.

5. Entertainment Purposes Only

All psychic readings provided during TikTok LIVE are for entertainment purposes only.

While Becca approaches every Reading genuinely and in good faith, psychic information is subjective and individual experiences will vary.

No information provided during a Reading should be considered factual, guaranteed or a prediction of a certain outcome.

A Reading does not guarantee any particular result, including sales, income, clients, business growth, launch results or the success of any business decision.

By purchasing a Reading, you acknowledge and agree that the Reading is provided for entertainment purposes only.

6. Financial and Professional Advice

A Psychic Business Reading does not constitute financial, legal, accounting, investment, tax, medical, psychological or other professional advice.

Any information or intuitive guidance shared during your Reading should be considered alongside your own judgment and, where appropriate, advice from suitably qualified professionals.

You should not make significant financial, legal or business decisions solely on the basis of information received during a psychic reading.

7. Personal Responsibility

You remain solely responsible for your business decisions, actions and interpretation of the information shared during your Reading.

Becca Francis and Becca by Human Design Pty Ltd accept no responsibility for business decisions, financial outcomes or other actions taken as a result of information received during a Reading, except to the extent that liability cannot legally be excluded.

8. Public Nature of TikTok LIVE

Your Reading will take place publicly on TikTok LIVE.

By purchasing a Reading, you understand and agree that your TikTok username, question and information discussed during your Reading may be visible or audible to other viewers of the Live.

Please do not submit confidential, commercially sensitive or personal information that you do not want discussed publicly.

9. Recording and TikTok

TikTok may provide features that allow LIVE content to be recorded, replayed, clipped or otherwise retained in accordance with TikTok's own functionality and policies.

Becca may also retain recordings of the Live for legitimate business purposes.

Because TikTok LIVE is a public platform, Becca cannot control whether third parties independently screen record, screenshot or otherwise capture content from a public Live.

Please take this into consideration before purchasing or sharing information during your Reading.

10. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for having:

  • Access to TikTok and the relevant TikTok LIVE.

  • A compatible device.

  • A reliable internet connection.

  • The ability to hear and view the Live.

  • Access to the TikTok account or username provided with your purchase, where applicable.

Becca is not responsible for technical difficulties caused by your device, internet connection, TikTok account or other circumstances outside her reasonable control.

If a technical problem on Becca's side prevents your Reading from being delivered, reasonable steps will be taken to provide an alternative or refund where appropriate.

11. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment of $22 for your Psychic Business Reading is required before your Reading.

Because you are purchasing a live service and a spot within the Live reading queue, all sales are final once the Reading has been delivered.

Refunds will not normally be provided because you changed your mind, left the Live before your Reading, missed your name being called or were dissatisfied because the psychic information received was different from what you expected or hoped to hear.

If Becca is unable to provide the Reading you purchased, you will be offered an appropriate alternative or refund.

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Reading Order and Timing

Becca will make reasonable efforts to deliver paid Readings in the order communicated during the Live.

However, the exact timing of your Reading cannot be guaranteed and the order may occasionally need to change due to technical issues, participant availability or the flow of the Live.

Purchasing a Reading does not guarantee that your Reading will begin at a particular time.

13. Respectful Participation

Everyone participating in the TikTok LIVE is expected to behave respectfully.

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, disruptive or otherwise inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Becca reserves the right to refuse or end a Reading and remove or block a participant where reasonably necessary to protect herself or other participants. This does not affect any rights the purchaser may have under Australian Consumer Law.

14. Intellectual Property

Any teaching, explanations, graphics, materials or other original content presented by Becca during the TikTok LIVE remain the intellectual property of Becca Francis and/or Becca by Human Design Pty Ltd.

Content may not be reproduced, republished, sold or used commercially without prior written permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Becca Francis and Becca by Human Design Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from your reliance on psychic information or guidance provided during your Reading.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

16. Acceptance of These Terms

By purchasing a $22 TikTok LIVE Psychic Business Reading, you confirm that you understand and agree that:

  • You are purchasing one short psychic business reading delivered publicly on TikTok LIVE.

  • Your Reading is limited to one business-related question.

  • You must be present and available when your turn is called.

  • Your psychic reading is provided for entertainment purposes only.

  • Your Reading is not professional financial, legal, accounting, investment, tax, medical, psychological or business advice.

  • Psychic information does not guarantee any particular business, financial or other outcome.

  • You remain responsible for your own business decisions and actions.

  • The Live is public and other TikTok users may be able to see, hear, screenshot or record your Reading.
