Live Event Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of, and participation in, TikTok Live Psychic Business Reading ("the Live Event"), presented by Becca Francis. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. TikTok Live Information
TikTok Live Psychic Business Reading is a live online demonstration of evidential mediumship conducted via TikTok.
This TikTok Live is intended to provide an uplifting and meaningful experience through demonstrations of mediumship and connection with spirit.
2. No Guarantee of a Reading
Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee that you will receive a personal reading or message from spirit.
Becca Francis will connect with as many audience members as time permits. Readings are selected intuitively and cannot be requested or guaranteed.
Many attendees find the messages shared with others equally meaningful and relevant.
3. Nature of the TikTok Live
This TikTok Live is intended for personal insight and entertainment purposes.
While every effort is made to provide genuine and evidential mediumship, individual experiences will vary.
Any information, guidance or messages shared during the live are offered in good faith and should not be interpreted as guarantees, factual statements or professional advice.
4. Professional Advice
The TikTok Live is not intended to replace professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice.
Participants should always seek appropriate professional advice regarding any health, legal, financial or other significant life decisions.
No decisions should be based solely upon information received during the Live event.
5. Personal Responsibility
By attending the TikTok Live, you acknowledge that you remain solely responsible for your own decisions, actions and interpretations of any information or messages received.
Becca Francis accepts no responsibility for decisions made by attendees following the Live event.
6. Recording of the Live Event
The TikTok Live will be recorded.
The recording is for internal business purposes only.
A replay will not be provided to attendees.
No recordings or excerpts will be published publicly or shared on social media where an attendee is identifiable without that attendee's prior consent.
7. Privacy
If you are selected to receive a reading during the Live Event, you acknowledge that your reading will take place live in front of the other attendees.
Please only share information you are comfortable discussing within a live group environment.
8. Recording by Attendees
Attendees may not record, photograph, livestream, screen record, or redistribute any part of the TikTok Live without prior written permission from Becca Francis.
This includes audio recordings, screenshots intended for publication and any reproduction of the Live Event.
9. TikTok Live and Technical Requirements
The Event will be hosted via TikTok Live.
Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have:
- A reliable internet connection.
- A compatible device.
- Access to TikTok.
- The ability to receive event emails.
Refunds will not be provided where technical difficulties occur due to the attendee's own equipment, software or internet connection.
10. Ticket Policy
Each ticket admits one person only.
Tickets may not be copied or shared.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us before the TikTok Live commences.
11. Refund Policy
Due to the live nature of the TikTok Live, all available spot sales are final.
Refunds will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
If Becca Francis cancels the TikTok Live and a suitable alternative date cannot be offered, purchasers will receive a full refund.
12. Changes to the Live Event
Becca Francis reserves the right to change the TikTok Live date, time or format where reasonably necessary due to illness, technical issues or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where possible, attendees will receive advance notice of any changes.
13. Behaviour During the TikTok Live
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully.
Any attendee who behaves in a disruptive, abusive, offensive or inappropriate manner may be removed from the Live without refund.
14. Prize Draw (if applicable)
Where a complimentary reading or other prize is offered, entry is subject to the terms announced during the TikTok Live.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
15. Intellectual Property
All content presented during the TikTok Live, including teachings, demonstrations, recordings, slides, graphics and materials, remains the intellectual property of Becca Francis.
No content may be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Becca Francis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, damage or expense arising from participation in the TikTok Live or reliance upon any information or messages shared during the TikTok Live.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
17. Acceptance of These Terms
By purchasing a ticket and attending TikTok Psychic Business Reading, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
