Position: Virtual Assistant - specialising in social media (posting, content creation, responding to comments, repurposing and visual creation in Canva), strong Kajabi knowledge and tech skills, course/launch graphics + emails + community management. Ideally this role would expand into calendar and inbox management.

Position Overview
Becca Francis is seeking to add a talented Virtual Assistant to the team. Our ideal person is a detail-oriented, curious soul who is super comfortable working in the spiritual entrepreneur space. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn new skills and take a pro-active approach to making the client experience nurturing, seamless and fun.
This will start out as a contractor trial position for 2 months.
Payment is negotiable depending on skill level and experience. You will invoice Becca Francis and sign a confidentiality and contractor agreement.
Skills and Abilities:
- Great at following, and suggesting improvements to, standard operating procedures
- Excited about joining a growing online company in the Spiritual coaching/education space which holds diversity and inclusion as a top priority
- Thrives on learning new skills + systems and have the capacity and passion to grow with the business
- Indepth knowledge of Kajabi and willing to keep up to date with new Kajabi functionality
- Has a gift for spotting spelling + grammatical errors and you know how to fix them
- Has an eye for design and details, and can follow a set of brand guidelines
- Clear communication is a must whether via email, project management software and Voxer (weekdays as needed).
- Quickly understands and get comfortable with the business + clients
- Adapts well to fast paced growth and changes to processes as needed
- Takes ownership and pride in their work
- Tech savvy and experience using Google Suite (mail, docs, drive, calendar), Planoly, Loom, Asana, Canva, Trello and Kajabi to update graphics, thumbnails and content
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment/intuitive led business preferred
- Attend monthly Zoom meeting or more often as needed before/during launch periods
- Available via email, Voxer or DM (Monday to Friday)
- Respond to billing enquiries, failed payments, enrollment questions and comments
- A curiosity about/knowledge of Human Design/Gene Keys
Responsibilities Include:
Community Management:
- Welcome new members to the launch and course-specific Facebook groups, providing encouragement, answering questions and stimulating engagement.
- Post scheduling + setting up course-specific Facebook groups from scratch
Social Media:
- Assist in developing Social Media Posting Calendar
- Respond to comments on all channels (YouTube, Facebook, IG, Kajabi, Tik Tok)
- Repurpose current videos (e.g. YouTube or Lives) with shorter clips or IG (Grid, Stories, IGTV, Reels, Tik Tok)
- Knowledge of/willing to learn Pinterest and it's related software
- Create stories, promo + educational stories + help create a plan to highlight current clients
- Creating graphics using our templates and maintain our scheduling tools (Planoly, FB Scheduler)
- Social media engagement on behalf of Becca Francis (responds to comments within 48 hours, engage with similar business owner accounts)
- Track social, launch + business analytics
Misc. Projects:
- Order client gifts
- Collecting testimonials and screen shot feedback
- Arrange Zoom appointments for testimonial interviews
- Manage attendees, chat + questions during coaching calls, lives and workshops
- Create solutions and new ideas for issues and broken processes based on customer feedback
- Upload + update content to Kajabi programs
- Create teaching slides + workbooks from information provided by Becca
- Format + schedule our weekly email marketing newsletter
